F&l Vacation Home is our residential home when we are in Davao - my home city aside from my permanent residence in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
You will surely love this place as it is situated in a prime residential area with 24/7 security. The thing I love about this place, is the quietness in the area. I can take a nap anytime during the day without worrying about noise. The place is also very good for walking and jogging. The slopes will surely make you sweat! The clubhouse near our house has a basketball court and playground. The clubhouse can be rented for your special event. There is a second clubhouse in Ph2, it has a lap pool (operational on early 2020).
Wifi and Cable is an added service for free. We are connected through Pldt fiber optics. Speed is 20mbps. We are not responsible though for any line down or slow down of speed due to natural and service provider fault.
Our place can be easily reached from the airport - around 5 to 7min drive. From the International Airport exit, take Cabantian Bypass Road at Ponte Verde entrance across the airport. Further direction is provided after booking. Going to Samal Island is easy too from our place, Sasa Port is just aroundmin drive (take Panacan route, north of Airport). Below are the estimated drive to certain locations:

There are jeepneys that goes to downtown core but in the evening, they don’t come by often. You can call a taxi from our home phone or wait for a cab/taxi outside the guard house (3 min walk from our house). There are tricycles and motorcycles as well outside the guardhouse.
If you need a vehicle to rent, I provided a list for you to contact in our guide book when you check in. You can rent a self-drive or with driver vehicle of any size.
Our caretaker live within the property but she has her own suite with separate entrance and bathroom in the newly constructed house extension. She will be able to provide you with assistance if needed but giving you the privacy and your own space that you and your guest(s) to enjoy. The house has two kitchen, 3 Br including a Master Br with private bathroom, a common bathroom and a caretaker suite with outdoor bathroom. 2 bedrooms will be for the guests’ use as we use the 3rd bedroom as our storage for our personal stuff. The living and dining room is spacious and can be used for sleeping (floor mattress). All rooms are air-conditioned including the dining and the living room.
Guests staying for at least 7 days will have a complimentary house cleaning done once a week (Wednesdays - garbage collection day). If you need a daily cleaner or someone to do laundry and cook for your meals, let us know and I can arrange for someone to assist you. You can discuss salary with her privately.
For stays longer than 14 days, 15% refundable security deposit from your total amount payable is required.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
