This bedroom is conveniently close to Sanctuary Room, so adults can enjoy private moments while knowing that the kids are near and safe.
This room looks out at the garden and the courtyard. It has a peaceful and friendly ambiance. Garden View and Sanctuary are a natural pair and so lend themselves to be rented by families.
It also is flexible in that, like "sanctuary", it has an entrance through the house, as well as an independent exit to the street via the balcony.

This house is very large and unique in its own way. It is located within a safe community as Security Guards are there 24/7 at the main entrance.

This house has a lot of natural features like birds, trees and flowers. There is a lovely back patio you could sit and enjoy the wonderful view, there is also a roof top area where you could sit and enjoy the scenic view of neighboring houses and the blue sea which would let you enjoy your Jamaica experience much better with cool breeze and of course the lovely sun.

Guest would of course have access to their bedrooms, back patio, roof top area, fountains and gardens

Any trouble or problem that you face I can easily contacted especially queries that arise within my property I would offer my best advice in resolving them.

The Neighborhood:
Its a gated community with 24/7 security services. Its located within a scheme a 10 min walk from the main entrance.
This is a very quiet affluent neighborhood with lots of houses that stands on substantial lots with mostly neighbors of business elite and returning residence of Jamaica.
Its located 5 mins away from a well known Jamaican jerk center where you could get your jerk chicken or pork and a lot more Jamaican dishes.
Getting Around:
The house is 10 min walk away from major highways therefore taxis are readily affordable.
Its about 10 min drive away from the Town of Ocho Rios, 5 min away from Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove and a lot more attractions you could enjoy for your vacation, its about 50 min drive away from Montego Bay or Kingston (using the highway).
Getting a car is also a good option as it would increase your mobility to get around more easier.
Other Things to Note:
This listing has not been provided with air-conditioning. This is part of a policy to provide a less costly option to our guests.
We have provided a reasonable number of sheets and towels etc. However, it is very likely that they will need to be laundered from time to time, especially for longer stays. The responsibility to do this is upon the guest. However, if you wish to pay for an extra cleaning, the laundry of the sheets and towels will be done.
The initial cleaning that we provide our guests is charged for as part of the original booking.
New cleanings are very easy to arrange!
All you have to do is ask for a fresh cleaning and one will be provided at the same cost as the first.
Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest.
