In this spacious exclusive villa are all rooms on the ground floor. A beautifully restored light conservatory/dining room with doors opening onto the terrace, a spacious kitchen with all appliances like a freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, a large master bedroom with oak beamed ceiling, a queensize bed, a cozy living room with French doors to the garden, bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, sink and washing machine and through the hall you come in the second bedroom with three single beds. The whole house has central heating and double glazing.

The site houses many fruit and nut trees, sauna, an outdoor shower, a trampoline and around the pool is a large terrace with tropical flower beds. The pool is available from mid-April (heated) to late September. Inside and outside you have everywhere wi-fi Internet.

This house can accommodate up to 5-6 people. There is also an extra cot and highchair available.

In your holiday home is a folder with a lot of information about what to see and to do in the area.

If we are not there, then you will be welcomed by our Dutch friend who live nearby. He will give you a brief tour and the keys including a remote control of the gate. You can always call him. He also comes about 2x a week stop by to clean the pool.

Just 3 km away is the modern thermal / water park Kehidakustány; a 10-minute drive away Hévíz, a world famous health resort with hot volcanic lake and lots of little shops and restaurants. Moreover, you are within fifteen minutes to the sandy beach of Keszthely at Lake Balaton.

Both houses are at enough wide distance from each other and each house has a private terrace and a large piece of garden at their disposal! The total area of ​​our plot is no less than 4500 m2.
