Insgesamt befinden sich dort 5 FerienWohnungen: 2429224, 2429225, 2429226 (je 3 Personen), 2429227 (2 Personen), 2429228 (12 Personen). Die Wohnungen sind ökoligisch saniert mit Lehmwänden und Hanfdämmung, Der Mühlenraum ist ein Museum und gleichzeitig Gemeinschaftsraum für Feiern mit bis zu 50 Personen. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum für 24 Personen mit Kamin und Fernseher. Mit sechs Meter Durchmesser ist das Wasserrad das größte in Norddeutschland. Mühlentage mit Veranstaltungen/Konzerte im Sommer 15: 25.05., 05.06., 19.06., 21.08., 28.08. Ab Herbst 2015 steht eine Gartensauna zur Verfügung.
