Set in the tropical heart of south Samui villa" Baan Suaan Kluay Mai"(house of the Orchid garden) is a modern contemporary three bedroom villa with a salt water pool.Only a few minutes from 3 beaches.
Take a dip ,simply relax or sunbathe by the pool. Enjoy chilled drinks whilst sitting in the shade .This is a villa where you can truly get-away. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen.Don't like to cook?Thong Krut beach fishermans village is only a walk away, with many cafes and restaurants.
Built 2019 opening August ,this new modern style pool villa has close to 210 square metres of living area. Named after our love of these native Thai Flowers(orchids), villa "baan Suaan Kluay Mai" is a spacious yet cozy single level villa home ideally suited for couples, friends, families or empty nesters.
The villa is fully serviced/cleaned every day and full bedding and towel change takes place every third day.
The bedrooms are all ensuite,. Our bathrooms are large and spacious with baths and both indoor and outdoor showers.
All of the bedrooms have king size beds (an extra bed/cot can be placed in two of them).
The living room is open plan, with a 55 inch flat screen "smart" tv which as well as being internet linked(Netflix etc) has Ip tv featuring over 300 international channels in 5 languages. High quality portable music players are also available.
The villa is spacious, yet comfortable, overlooking the outdoor terrace and garden where you will find an 8metre long salt water pool to enjoy.
The kitchen is modern,fully equipped including your own espresso machine. The villa has a fridge freezer stocked with eggs, milk, jams, bread, butter and some local beers(chargeable) and of course the freezer has chilled glasses.
There is a wine fridge with a selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas, ground and instant coffee and unlimited water is available. A large selection of fruit is made available and fresh oranges and lemons are supplied at arrival time for morning juicing.
The villa is an ideal hide-away as it is a very quiet area set in (Website hidden by Airbnb) is also close to three beautiful ,yet unsullied beaches. 800 metres away is the beach front village of Thong Krut. Thong Krut has several restaurants and bars, as well as a few traditional Thai restaurants and cafes.The village also runs most of Samui's regular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions. It also has a choice of local minimarts/grocers for your daily shopping needs.
Guests will have exclusive access to the whole property.
When staying at villa "baan Suaan Kluay Mai" we will be available to assist you with most of your needs. Upon arrival we will provide you with a smart phone with free phone time, 4g internet link andcontact information and line direct to us so you can get in touch with us anytime. We live less than five minutes from the villa.
We are a family and do like to sleep at night,though we will be contactable 24/7.
We are happy to help you with any requests ,trips or excursions. Both Neaw and Stephen have each worked in five star resorts(management) with over 30 years of combined experience. We have lived and worked on the island for the last 15 years. Our knowledge of what to do and where to go on the island is extensive.
We also have good knowledge of organising and hosting special events. And we of course happy to help with event organisation(weddings etc) and logistics.Or we can simply give good tips if requested.
And of course if you ask a question and we don't know the answer we will make a point of finding it out for you.
And of course if you just want to be left alone to enjoy the peaceful surrounds we will be happy to comply. We just want you to enjoy your stay.
This area is very quiet and peaceful, though there are 30 plus bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walking and many more by scooter or car within the same travel time.This area has many beautiful yet quiet beaches so you can truly experience the Samui experience. The south of the island is also where most waterfalls and natural attractions are located.All the island snorkelling trips take place from the south
Pick up from airport will bebaht as will the return journey to the airport.
Charges to and from the ferry are dependant on which port. The highest charge being 1500 Baht(meanam) the lowest 500 baht for Lipa Noi or Nathon
We will organise a rental car if requested for 1300 baht per day.It is best (financially) to rent your car at the airport from the international agencies there.
We offer a rental scooter(with returnable deposit) free of charge for bookings of 4 days or more, throughout stay(fuel extra).Scooters will be 250 baht per day
2 basic bicycles are also offered free of charge.
Individually designed tour trips can be organised for up to 12 people from 2000(half day) to 4000 baht for the full day.every. Please note after initial four persons every extra person is an extra 300 baht.
If you prefer to organise your own transport around the island we will be happy to sit with you and a map, guiding you on the best way to enjoy the island. Not everything on the island is listed and it can be part of the fun and adventure finding them.
Should you wish to book any transport or trips with third parties.we will arrange this for you.
Guests are provided with a smart phone with unlimited 4g internet access and free calls within Thailand. It has an instant messaging link with the property owners allowing instant communication and assistance most hours of the day.
