You are welcome to a cozy and spacious apartment in a quiet, central neighborhood in Stavanger. It is located on one of the highest hills in Stavanger. The apartment has a big park next to the street and is just 5 min walking distance from the city center and 2 min away from the central train station. The closest shop is just 5 min away, bus stop in front of the house and 3 min walk is Vaaland Bakeri, the oldest Norwegian bakery in Stavanger. The boat terminal to Preikestolen is 1,5km away
The house was built in 1895 and the owners during the time kept the same design. Today on the first floor of the house you will find an amazing flower store Interflora and the apartment is on 2 floors and offers 2 balconies with an amazing view of downtown Stavanger.

In Vaaland you have a lot of things going on. There is a art gallery and a bakery just 2 min walk . The Archeology Museum is 1 min walk on left side of the house and Stavanger Museum are located in front the apartment, and you can also have a relaxing 15min walk to the Vaalands Tower, the highest point of the city with a 360° view.
The neighborhood offers a lot of routes to the attractions you can find around, and its even better if you are willing to bike since there are cycle route all around the city and even further.
