Beautifully renovated holiday home with two separate apartments which are simply but practically furnished. Each apartment has its own floor and a separate entrance. The lowest floor-to-ceiling height on the first floor is 170 cm. The well-kept and green garden is a shady place with garden furniture and a grill and offers a refreshing swimming pool. Behind the house is a small playground for children. It will take you two minutes to get to a gravel beach which is suitable for children. The house is situated on the peninsula Jadrija which is a popular weekend residential area for the inhabitants of Sibenik. During the summer, there are many sports, gastronomic and cultural offers. Visit the nearby historic town Sibenik which is located in a picturesque bay not far from where the Krka River runs into the Adriatic Sea. Popular destinations are the various national parks in the Dalmatian hinterland and the seaport Split with its picturesque old town which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
