Located in Nerul, just a kilometer from peaceful Coco Beach is this well appointed villa that is a mix of modern and ethnic. This holiday home is spread over two floors, ideal for holiday goers looking for that lovely mix of ethnic luxury and nature. The highlights of this villa are plush comfortable bedrooms, modern ensuite baths and spectacular views. The villa sleeps 8 adults in 4 air conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms .We are just 1 km from Coco Beach. On the ground floor , we have a living room with a home entertainment system where one can relax and entertain. Attached to the living area is a dining area with a well stocked kitchen, complete with appliances, cutlery and crockery.

There is one king size bedroom room with en suite bathroom on the ground floor . The living room and dining room are on the ground floor. The basement of the house has staff rooms and a laundry room. The first floor has 3 king size bedrooms; all with en suite bathrooms . There is a wrap around terrace in the house making an effective 4 balconies in the house. One is attached to the living room and three are with bedrooms. WiFi is free and there is a generator to keep you free of power outages. Linen is changed after every four days and the villa is cleaned daily by the staff. The rates are inclusive of breakfast, daily maid service and housekeeping. The resident staff have have separate quarters.
