It is walking distance to all of Hovdens facilities like waterpark, ice scating court, restaurants, shops, boat rental, fishing licence sale etc. In the winter the place is perfect if you like to go skiing both alpine and cross country skiing. In the summer it is a lot of hiking trails here; som of them accesible with stroller/wheelchair. It is many beaches and fishing opportunities in the area. The ski lift is open in the summer.
