A 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Los Boliches, close to dozens of lovely bars and supermarkets, 2 minutes walk from the beach. 7 minutes walk from the train station.
Spacious lounge-dining room with glass curtains on the outside wall, separate kitchen, bathroom with a modern shower, terrace, air conditioning/heating, Wifi & smart Tv.
Communal parking inside a gated courtyard.
Pets accepted by previous arrangement (against a fee).
An extra single bed exists in the apartment (tucked under one of the single beds in the twin bedroom) which can be placed in the lounge area.
Travel cot available to rent (please let us know in advance as the cot is not stored on the property).
I will do check-ins and check-out myself. I live nearby and I am available should there be any problem.
Los Boliches is a vibrant neighbourhood all year round, very family friendly and with all you may need on your doorstep. All types of restaurants and bars, shops and services are within 3-4 minutes walk. You won't need a car if you want to stay local, also the train station is 500 metres away. The beach is gorgeous and only 100 metres away.
The community does not have a swimming pool, but all the large hotels in the area (3-5 minutes walk) allow general use of their swimming pools providing people buy a drink or a snack from their bars.
Several buses going to the centre of Fuengirola and Miramar or to Torreblanca & Carvajal stop a few metres away (on Av. de Los Boliches and on Av. Nuestro Padre Jesus Cautivo). The train going to the airport and lovely Malaga is 500 m away.
In the current global health crisis circumstances, we have taken additional precautions to protect our guests' health by adding steps to our cleaning process and by double-checking our processes for any risk. This implies sanitizing and disinfecting our property to the last detail - which clearly will be more time consuming than before. As a consequence, our check-out and check-in times have been adjusted so that our professional cleaners have enough time to provide a high quality turnover whilst maintaining availability for our guests.
