You will find all the comfort you want:
- 1 bedroom (1 large double bed with very comfortable mattress)
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, percolator for espresso coffee)
- 1 living room (1 single bed and 1 sofa bed) with a large screen TV and a Netflix subscription
- 1 bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
A garden table and 5 garden chairs are also provided to allow you to enjoy your meals outside, in the shade.
Two sun loungers will allow you to sunbathe or read in the sun.
Underground parking and Wi-Fi are included in the prices of the stay.
Located on the heights, Cap Esterel is a private, pedestrianized area of over 210 hectares between the sea and the Esterel Massif surrounded by the red rocks of the Esterel Massif and overlooking the Mediterranean. It is the ideal "vacation" and "telework" destination for soaking up the sun and nature. You will remember your stay.
Cap Esterel is a real village residence with its own town center, green spaces and small houses typical of the south of France. Life is organized around the central square lined with bars, shops and restaurants. This is where the market is held and where activities, thematic evenings with shows and concerts are organized.
The apartments and terraced houses with views of the sea, the lake, the golf course or the Massif de l'Esterel are spread over 3 pedestrian areas with distinct charm. The rentals offered here are located in the Villas Garrigue below the main swimming pool.
Access to an aquatic area of 1100 m2 is included in your rental. It includes 5 swimming pools with water jets, a wave pool and a heated swimming pool with the sea below. The club is also equipped with 2 children's pools with slides where they can play in complete safety.
Finally, for those who are "more sea than swimming", the beach is a few minutes by little train.
You can book here online. You will find that the prices charged are 35 to 50% lower than those of our neighbors.
Our kitchens are very well equipped and our bedrooms are very comfortable with beds with good mattresses. You will spend very pleasant nights there. This is the opinion of most of our guests. In our apartments you will find information on places to visit in the Var, such as Saint-Tropez by boat from the port of Agay or the Thoronet abbey by car or bus.
Linen: sheets and towels are not provided, but can be rented on site.
No supplement will be asked for the covered parking, nor for the swimming pool and the Wifi.
