Apartment in a building with a clay courtyard where you can park your car. The house consists of a bright living room with sofa bed, which leads to the large balcony equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The kitchen is separate and equipped with fridge, oven and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. The master bedroom has a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The building where the house is located has a lift, but to get there you need to climb 5 steps (a small ramp). The beach is very close, just 300 meters ... less than 5 minutes on foot! The house is in the central area of the Lido, therefore a few meters from shops, post offices, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and above all from the bus stop with which you can reach both the station and the center of Tarquinia (for visits to the Etruscan necropolis or to the pretty historic center).
