The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances plus dishwasher and an extra dining table. Windows and balconies fill all rooms with natural light and offer lovely views of the outdoors and the surrounding area of great natural habitat. Our villa is fully air-conditioned in the summer or centrally heated in the winter. A fireplace is also available.
The outdoor area offers different sitting areas and a roofed terrace with outdoor furniture. This is an ideal place to enjoy your drinks, meals or just read your book in privacy overlooking your private swimming pool. Last but not least, the garden area is fenced and totally safe, so if you are travelling with children this is an ideal place for kids to explore and play stress-free.

The villa is located in the area of Adele in the greater region of Rethymno at just 7km from the city centre where a wide range of shops and services is provided. At about 300m, you will find a mini market and a pharmacy while there is a cafe & restaurant at 1km away. At 200m there is a bus stop with frequent daily routes to Rethymno. The beautiful beach of Adele stretching at about 2 km is perfect for water sports and at the same time gives a great opportunity for swimming and relaxation under the sun.
The area is characterized by the green hills and the fertile tracts of land, due to the abundance of water coming from the mountains, as well as rivers which run through the region, before finding their way out to the sea. Rethymno is an ideal location for sightseeing around the island of Crete as it lies almost between the cities of Chania and Heraklion.
