Just in time for start of the season, the Residence Il Bosso, a former large villa with six beautiful apartments in Domaso on Lake Como received an extensive facelift!
The Residence Il Bosso has a communal pool and is located in a sunny slightly elevated position in Domaso, a popular resort on Lake Como and offers a lot of space to relax, play and enjoy. The lakeside promenade is only a few minutes away.
Behind the residence there is a wonderfully large pool (10m x 5m) with sunbathing area and sun loungers amidst the landscaped gardens. The communual garden provides ample space for recreational games, for grill lovers there is a barbecue available.
The holiday apartment Il Bosso 203 has about 40 square meters of living space and is located on the 1st floor. It is suitable for 2-4 people, comfortably furnished and has a living room with kitchen corner, dining table, double sofa bed,and satellite TV. One bedroom with double bed and one bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with sink, shower, toilet / bidet. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with table and chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful lake view. The bright sunny apartment is comfortably furnished with modern furniture and has a tiled floor and central heating.
For your car there there is parking available in the grounds of the villa. From the parking through the front garden there is a stairway leading to the individual apartments, each with separate entrance.
In the neighbourhood there are houses, and the occasional private holiday home and the local thoroughfare. The picturesque harbor piazza and the surrounding restaurants and shops , the promenade and the beach are only 2 to 3 minutes away on foot.
