Comfort and comfort are what you will enjoy thanks first of all to the presence of two comfortable bathrooms, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a living room, a built-in kitchen with a gas cooking corner but the real attraction is the wonderful veranda with wooden roof and that breathtaking view of the Gulf of Castellammare. The house has a garden where there is also a small outdoor shower, very convenient especially when you come back from the beach and you need to shake off the sand.
The location of the house is ideal since it is 5 minutes from the motorway exit "Palermo - Mazara del Vallo", 15 minutes from the "Terme di Segesta" to benefit from the boiling and natural waters of the Sicilian woods, it is located near the most important cultural sites (Antico Teatro di Segesta, the Castle of the Counts of Modica di Alcamo, Trapani, Palermo) and also close to the most famous seaside resorts (the Faraglioni of Scopello - set of the film Ocean's Twelve - and the Natural Reserve of the Zingaro) and mountains where it is possible to make excursions (Monte Bonifato, Alcamo, Erice).
