3Palms has three bedrooms - 2 twins and a double -and the twin rooms both have double sofa beds. Facing south allows sunlight to flow into the living areas and direct light is shaded by overhanging balconies. The house is eco-built, very well insulated making the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter, all windows are double glazed and the external shutters provide shade in the summer. Hot water is provided by solar panels and all bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning. The bedrooms facing the pool have an adjacent balcony and the living area opens up to a terrace facing the garden and the pool. The house has a separate fully equiped kitchen and lounge chairs for the pool and private terrace. There is also a B-b-q provided. The house has two parking spots by its entrance and aditional carparking space is available at the main carpark. There is a supermarket across the street and restaurants and shops along the main road. The Albufeira train stop is within walking distance which allows guests to use this means of transport to visit other areas in the Algarve. There are many beaches atound, water parks, shopping centers, all within amin drive from 3Palms. Welcome!
