This colonial house does not only have the charm of the old buildings. It has also the virtue of been located a 5-minute walk away from the Havana seafront or el Malecon (as the locals call it), near to the Casa de la Musica and Old Havana. All places within a 20 minutes' walk. Nevertheless, the greatest value are their hosts Jenny and Jorge (also known as Chinchin by friends), a former schoolteacher and an old autos mechanic, with their son Néstor, who will share with you their family and life.
The Space:
A large colonial house in a first floor with a surrounding balcony where guests can catch a glimpse of the Cuban life and people. You can sit in the dining room to eat the delicious meals Jenny cooks, have long chats with her and Chinchin or simply enjoy the afternoon breeze. The comfortable room, with a space of 4x4 m2, including a balcony to the street, is equipped with a queen bed, AC, fan, safe, hairdryer and a minibar, as well as a private bathroom, only for guests use.
Guest Access:
All basic services are included: bed sheets, towels, toilet paper and soap. We also give our guests information needed for their trip and help them to book houses in other provinces. In addition we also offer services such as breakfast, dinner, airport pickups and drop offs, and city tours with expert guides.
Our guests have access to all common spaces of the house, such as the hall, kitchen, dining room and balcony.
Interaction with Guests:
We offer our guests a welcome cocktail, fresh fruit juices or coffee. We are happy to regale them with a free meal if they want. As long as we have guests, we invite them out to strolls and to attend with us our family and social compromises because we consider them as kin.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is very central, perfect to live a unique Cuban experience. In the environs of Old Havana, you can walk to Paseo del Prado, Malecon, el Castillo de la Punta, Museums of the Revolution and Fine Arts, Central Park, the Bar Floridita, Casa de la Musica and numerous restaurants and private bars. The neighborhood is very lively and you can observe picturesque figures as street vendors and hear its cries.
Getting Around:
To get to our home from the airport you can get a taxi or request an airport pick up from us. From our place, you will not be using any taxis as almost all locations of interest are within walking distance. To go to cities such as Viñales or Trinidad we can help with private or shared taxis, based on your preferences.

Despite we are young in the hosting business we have almost 100 reviews for a 4.9 of 5 points star rating. We are co-hosts of other properties in several cities of Cuba. Therefore, if you plan to travel around the Island we can advise you on your travel plan and help you find accommodation, with first hand prices.
We speak Spanish and Basic English.
We have a little dog at home who sometimes share the terrace. Please, in case of allergies or no-dogs-persons let us know in advance to keep her indoors.
