This is a dream destination in any season. The Süssauer Beach is a long, natural beach, where you can mostly spot dogs running around freely. This beach stands in the wonderful weather zone called East Holstein near the Island of Fehmarn. Children have a lot of space to run around and play and the guests also have a huge playground behind the bank (dam).The Süssauer Beach offers unique trout fishing routes for anglers. There is also a fish fileting space and freezer facilities on the property which are shared by the guests. On days when the weather is not so pleasant, the area has several attractions that are worth a visit. Some of them are, Großenbrode, the Baltic Sea Spa Resort, the Lake District of Schleswig-Holstein, the Hansa Park in Sierksdorf and the Island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the Noah's Ark. Also, Denmark is located close by. Well maintained cycling trails lead through the wonderful countryside of Schleswig-Holstein. Bicycle rentals are available in the house.
