If you are looking for a place that can guarantee you a comfortable and relaxing stay, my house is the one for you. Completely renovated it has brand new interiors. Due to the strategic location, we are in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo. Relaxing moments at the sea and pleasant walks through the streets of the city will became the everyday habits.

The house has two independent double bedrooms: the first one has a single bed which can be transformed into a standard double bed and the second has two single beds, each room has a private bath equipped with a lock.
Both rooms are comfortable and well furnished, the interiors are completely new. Continuing, there is a living room with armchairs and a coffee area. The apartment has been restored in 2016, while the entire building in 2010.

The house is situated in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo, in the renovated area, close to artistic and cultural heritage of the city. In this area you can also find plenty of activities, restaurants with local and international cuisine. Besides, there are many tiny craft and vintage shops. The apartment is located on Via Maletto street, just 50 metres away from the beautiful Piazza San Francesco Of Assisi, with the homonymous gothic church. We are in the heart of all the places cultural interests, from the best streets to go shopping, near the famous Teatro Massimo and the characteristic market of Ballaro'.
The Central Train Station is in 800 mt., from where you can take buses or trains to visit Cefalu', Monreale, Mondello and all the most important attractions in the Palermo neighbourhood.
The apartment is located only five minutes’ walking from the Central Train Station, in area well served by bus and taxi, with connections to the airport and Mondello beach near the port. For those who need a car, you can use a car sharing service, which is 50 metres away from the apartment and has two parking spaces. Also, in 50 meters there is a bike sharing parking.
