This villa offers all the comforts you would expect from a rental property. Located in Cape Greko close to the centre of Protaras, the villa has the added advantage of being close enough to enjoy what both areas have to offer. Within a 2-minute drive you are in central Protaras, a bustling resort with something for everyone or take a 5-minute stroll and relax on the local sandy beach with crystal clear waters.
This villa can only be accessed by barrier pin code onto the exclusive private development. The property itself is also gated, with a shaded parking space and can be found at the bottom of a cul de sac.
The property’s garden area is completely fenced and the crystal clear pool area takes centre stage at the front of the property. The lush green astro turf lawns, tropical palm trees and plants add shade and privacy.
Four sun beds are provided for basking in the glorious Cypriot sunshine and you can enjoy your meals al fresco, dining around the glass top rattan table with enough seating for all. An outdoor shower and a BBQ complete your outdoor living.
The main door opens onto the lounge area where you can relax on one of two suede leather terracotta sofas and gaze out of the patio doors, which have blinds and voile curtains and watch the children splashing around in the crystal clear pool.
The dining area complete with glass top table and 6 chairs also has views to the garden and pool area through patio doors, which also have voile curtains and blinds. Ornamental vases, bold canvases and lowered light fittings add a sense of class to the whole experience.
The fully equipped kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave has a door, which leads to the rear of the property and a window with blind. There is also a ground floor shower room with w/c, hand basin, vanity mirror and window.
The stairs complete with handrail leads to the first floor where there is a master bathroom with shower over bath, vanity mirror and under sink storage cupboards. There are also two good size bedrooms, a double and a twin room. Both of which have patio doors and balconies, which overlook the pool area and have great views of the surrounding areas, tropical palm trees and bright blue Mediterranean. Both bedrooms have windows with curtains and shutters.
The double bedroom has air conditioning, bright bed throws, wall canvases, bedside cabinets with lamps, a vanity mirror and chair. An added feature in this bedroom is the separate ample wardrobe area, which also has a window.
The twin bedroom also has air conditioning, bright bed throws, bedside cabinet and lamp, wall canvases and two fitted wardrobes. A wall mounted flat screen TV is provided for your entertainment.
