The attic apartment Casa Elke T1 is especially cosy. From the large terrace you have a view of the sea. It is ideal for sunbathing. This small apartment is very suitable for a young couple with a child.
The Space:
The apartment is very friendly and simply furnished with pine wood furniture. Guests have satellite TV and a washing machine in the bathroom. In the courtyard behind the house there is a nice barbecue area where you can have contact with your neighbours, but you can also grill wonderfully on the terrace.
The Neighborhood:
Praia da Areia Branca is a typical bathing resort of the Portuguese. Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August, there is a lot of activity on the beach, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a bath. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee. Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again.In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place. The district town of Lourinhã with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away.
A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.
Other Things to Note:
The prices are valid as a total price for up to 2 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption. For the 3rd person there is an additional charge of 5 € per person and day. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or longer. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
