It is within walking distance to all the attractions and public transportation, tucked in a very safe neighborhood. There are countless amazing restaurants, music venues, and taxi stations within a few tens of meters. Walk to the Duomo, La Galleria, La Scala Theater, Sforzesco Castle, the streets of Fashion and parks. New Carrefour Express in largo Augusto, only 50 meters from the flat!

The 1-BR apartment has mostly brand new or barely used furniture - as well as a living room, kitchen and bathroom that have all been recently updated and furnished. The bed configuration is 1 queen room, 1 sofa-bed, and 1 couch that can unfold into another single person bed. We have tons of extra linen, comforters and pillows to ensure a fabulous night's rest after exploring Milano!

CITY TAX: Kindly note, the City of Milan requires a City Tax which is €3 per adult per day. This fee will be added to the total after you complete your booking.
SAME DAY CHECK-IN: If you are booking and checking in within 24 hours, there will be a €20 fee that must be paid to our check-in person.
IMPORTANT note for Guests: If you are booking for TODAY, please send us a request instead of instant booking so that we may confirm the apartment is ready for you. Thanks! :)

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
