The apartment CIC535 is located on the ground floor, is separate and has its own garden. The surrounding area is peaceful and suitable for walks and excursions in nature. Recommended are visits to the medieval towns of Motovun and Grožnjan and if you want to swim in the sea then drive to the bathing beaches of Poreč, which are reachable in about 15 minutes by car.
