The Space
Retreat in comfort within your 786 Sqft One Bed King Apartment Suite with Pool Deck or Garden View. White on white infused with sandy wood porcelain floors and designer furnishings create a luxurious beach chic environment set amongst tropical gardens.

The Bedroom
Your King Bed mattress has been made with hotel grade all-encompassing top quality cushioned elements, fitted with a pillow top, adorned with 100% organic cotton sheets by Kassatex and topped with a quilted blanket by Restoration Hardware. Air Conditioning and a Smart Tv compliment the room for ultimate comfort.

The Bathroom
Refresh with a step-in 6" overhead Rain Shower with handheld option and Relax with a selection of natural cotton-knit towels from Kassatex.

The Living Space
Your open plan living area features modern but cosy furnishings from top interior designers Restoration Hardware and Abc Carpet & Home Nyc. An oversized kitchen island with white Marble counter top and large white Aluminum framed glass paneled sliding terrace doors connect to the generous covered dining terrace and view over the Pool Deck. Ac and a 55" Smart Tv allow comfort and streaming from your devices.

Restaurant & Pool Bar
Opening in December 2018, the restaurant will serve breakfast (8 am – 10 Am), light all-day menu (12 pm – 7 pm). The pool bar will serve refreshments from 2 pm – 7 pm

Housekeeping
Housekeeping service three days a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 10:00 Am to 16:00 Pm.

Parking
The Hotel has its own car park, which is free for Hotel guests and according to availability of parking space. The Hotel does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the Hotel premises.

Security Cameras
Mullins Grove is equipped with Cctv system which covers the public areas.

Staff Access Control System
The Hotel rooms are also equipped with a Key lock control system. Each member of the staff has the code allowing access to the zones needed.

In Room Safe
Mullins Grove provides in-room safety deposit box for every unit free of charge For detailed information, please ask at the Reception. The Hotel is not responsible for any valuables and money, left unlocked and outside the individual safe, including those in the guest's rooms and public areas.

Luggage Room
For the security of guest's luggage, the Hotel provides secure luggage store room. In order to leave the luggage guest will be assisted by the Reception Desk. Guests are allowed to enter the luggage room when accompanied by a staff. Handbags and purses are not accepted for storage in the luggage room.

Smoking Policy
To conform to Government legislation, Mullins Grove operates a No Smoking policy within all interior areas of the Hotel, including guest bedrooms. For resident guests who do not comply with our No Smoking policy, a charge of $100 Us will be added to their bill to facilitate the cost of cleaning all soft furnishing to remove the odor of tobacco. We appreciate your co-operation with this No Smoking Policy.
