In the holiday house Casa Eunice two very beautifully furnished double rooms are rented. Less than 5 minutes on foot you are at the beautiful beach of Praia da Areia Branca.
The Space:
In front of the house there is a small sunbathing lawn and behind the house there is a large outdoor area (backyard) with barbecue area and various garden furniture and parasol. Guests have their own bathroom with shower.
The particularly nice owner of the house lives in the attic and uses the same entrance and also the common kitchen. However, she is rarely at home in summer.
The Neighborhood:
Praia da Areia Branca is a typical Portuguese seaside resort. Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August there is a lot of activity on the beach, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee. Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again. In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in Praia Da Areia Branca. The district town Lourinhã with big supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away.
A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. You will also find the best surf spots in Europe here.
Other Things to Note:
The two rooms are never rented separately from each other, i.e. if two people are staying in the same room, the smaller room at the back remains closed. The prices are valid as a total price for up to 2 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption. For the 3rd and 4th person a supplement of 15 € per person and day will be charged. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or longer. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
