The heart of the home is the living, dining, kitchen area – where all the magic happens. A semi-enclosed kitchen is fully equipped. Martha Stewart herself would be into it. We even added a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. Host a Master Chef cook off or re-heat leftovers – the choices are infinite. The living room is defined by a minimal glass dining table that seats six and if just off the large balcony. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the property invite all kinds of light. The living space and entertainment unit comfortably seat everyone for a round table discussion on kafka or a silent movie night with our pre-programmed Netflix.
The bedrooms are on two sides of the home. On the left side are the second and third bedrooms. The master bedroom is to the right of the kitchen. The bedroom at the end of the hall is ensuite with a millennial décor vibe that leaves much to the imagination. The queen size bed is dressed in feel-good 100% Egyptian cotton with fluffy towels to match. A small TV means late nights up with guilty pleasures like Pretty Little Liars you don’t want anyone to know you watch. The bathroom has a stand-in bathtub that has a retro feel. A floor to ceiling window of the marina offers spectacular views for Yacht wish list making. The adjacent bedroom is also ensuite with a similar design approach and a queen size bed. The views here are also something to write about. Subtle design elements come together to make a super cozy feel. The bathroom is also a stand in bath/shower situation since we tend to favor an extended bath time over the in-and-out corporate speed shower. The Master Bedroom is big enough to play mini golf in. Stay up late or stay in all morning was the mantra the design team kept repeating when choosing each coordinating item to furnish this room. Watch TV in bed or open the curtains to observe all walks of Dubai Marina life should you choose to indulge. The bathroom has a glass paneled shower for the no-nonsense guest. Acqua Di Parma toiletries are placed in each bathroom as an afterthought.
This home is in Marina Tower, a family oriented residential tower in Dubai Marina. Located on the boardwalk that circles the Marina, you are literally in the heart of the neighborhood. We recommend asking us about our Yacht Charters which are often docked near the property.
