Noordhoek is a very quiet non-commercialized area situated at the foot of Chapman's Peak and surrounded by Table Mountain National Park, it has a farm atmosphere with breathtaking mountain and sea views. You will find horses, ducks, wild peacocks and Guinea fowl and walking around in gardens and public spaces. My place is perfect for families or friends that wants to enjoy a holiday together without sharing house space.
The establishment is an extension of a main house (host main residence) but is totally separate with own entrance and deck area.
We want to take the opportunity to bring it under your attention that we don't allow any loud music, parties or load noise on the premises as Noordhoek is a very quiet area and out of respect for our neighbours.
My place have 4 private rooms each with en-suite bathroom and Tv. Communal guest lounge with open fireplace/ Bbq, Tv and Kitchen. lt's situated on a hill with breathtaking views across the beautiful Noordhoek Beach, mountains and surrounding fynbos. My place is good for, travelers, families, and groups.
Guest Lounge fitted with internal Braai/bbq sofa that can convert into Queen size sleeper couch, Dstv, Kitchen with dishwasher and Teppanyaki with stacking doors that leads onto patio.
Access to all 4 Rooms and the private use of the lounge and pool area for self catering.
Rooms are not inter-leading with each other and creates more privacy and all rooms walk out directly onto deck (pool Patio)
Roomcan take 2 guests each. (all 3 rooms fitted with King Size Beds that can convert into single beds)
Room 4 Can take 4 guests ( 1 x King Size Bed & 1 x Double Size Sleeper Couch nice for 2 small children)
Guest Lounge: The sofa in the guest lounge can convert into a queen size sleeper couch. Please note that there is no guest bathroom in the lounge area. Guests that will be sleeping in the lounge area on sleeper couch will have to share bathroom facilities with other guests sleeping in rooms.
We live in the main house separate from the self catering area. We are always there for any enquiries or assistance with anything. We are there to welcome you.
The entire bottom area of house including pool and garden.
Depends from person to person. If it looks like guests want space we give them their privacy but also interact with guests who likes the interaction. We are available.
