As a newly built house which completed in Oct of 2017, everything is brand new from our modern kitchen to bathrooms to all our appliances, furniture and linen.
There are multiple fun living spaces for your group, and the indoor/outdoor areas allow for effortless dining and entertaining. All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high-end luxury linens to ensure you get a great nights rest. We also have a high-end blow-up queen with plenty of extra linens and pillows. Therefore the house can comfortably sleep 13. Just let us know!

We kindly ask that you do not move furniture, decorations or frames of the walls, and please respect the property by not dragging dirt inside and keeping the house clean.

We are located in a very safe neighborhood by Five Points Denver. We are walking distance from Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Science, and a couple Gold Clubs.

— Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
— Please note that there is absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any sort of smoking will result in a $300 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls.
