Welcome to Sa Mata! This cozy and rustic villa lies at a wonderful place in the north of the island and offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.The two-storey villa with a size of 160 m2 comes with three bedrooms and is ideal families or groups of friends. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed, meanwhile the two other bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobe and are located in the first floor. There are two bathrooms, the one upstairs has a shower cabin and the one downstairs has got bath tub. The whole villa emits a warm and peaceful atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down in the living area and spend your time reading a good book, watching television (Satellite TV) or just take a nap. The dining area has a table and seats for 8 people. In the open-plan kitchen you get everything you may need for preparing your meals: coffee machine, microwave, food blender, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table and seats for 4 people. Next to the private pool 10 x 5 meters, there is an area with six sun loungers for you to get tanned. There are 1.500 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc. Surroundings the swimming pool there is a wide area with grass.The house and its installations are completely private. Pets are welcome upon request please ask before. You will be able to park up to 3 cars outside the house in an uncovered space.The house is only 3.7 km from the closest village Sa Pobla, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The beautiful village Pollença is also quite close. This place is worth a visit, you will enjoy its tiny cobbled streets with lots of shops, you will be able to go up to Calvari, a tiny church on the top of the village, where you will enjoy the astonishing views of the surroundings.In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia.The villa Sa Mata offers a home away from home, with a rustic flair but very cozy at the same time in one of the nicest and most peaceful zones of Mallorca.
