On the first floor there is a terrace with swimming pool, from where there is panoramic view on the sea, the island of Hvar and mountains. On the same floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room, which are finished with marine details. The floors are connected by internal and also by external stairs. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom, while the other two share one bathroom. Each of them has its own terrace with a view. There are two parking spaces in the garage, which is opened with a remote control. Your cars will be well protected from the weather. Behind the house, there is a terrace with a barbeque where in the morning you can sip your morning coffee and later during the day prepare fish specialties. In the centre of Prigradica, there are two public beaches ideal for children, sporting facilities such as water polo, mini football, beach volleyball and two sea food restaurants. The region is famous for top quality olive oil and white wine. We recommend visiting the medieval town of Korcula.
