Built to high western standards with a Thai design influence, this holiday villa is a spacious accommodation for 6 guests in three (3) spacious queen bedrooms each fitted with satellite 42” Tv, Dvd and en-suite bathrooms, a comfortable living room area with satellite 52” Tv and surround sound system, a fully equipped western granite open plan kitchen. The covered outdoor living area is equipped with large table, and sofas for eating 'al fresco' and relaxation. On the upper terrace, you can enjoy sunbath and a stunning sunset view.
In the rate, all following are included: Tax, electrical consumption up to 500 kW per week, water, local telephone, international Tv Sat with Dvd player in all rooms, free unlimited Wi-fi, full house cleaning twice a week with linens and towels replacement, cleaning after departure, sunbeds at the pool and on the beach, 3 kayaks for use. We also provide beach towels.
Our cleaning and maintenance team is dedicated to your comfort during your stay. You can meet or call our really nice and friendly team leader at any time and if you wish, she would even facilitate your stay booking taxi, car/scooter rental and etc without you moving from the villa.
All external services will be arranged for you are at local rate and without commission from our side (instead we negotiate the price for your satisfaction). There is nothing to pay to us.
The site is under surveillance 24/7 with Cctv and a night watcher. The garden and pool are maintained every day.
There are quite a few western and authentic Thai restaurants along the beach within 500 meters on the left or right, and a few restaurants on the road leading to the Coconut Laguna, including a famous seafood restaurant a just 300 meters. You can also order food from the restaurant just outside the Coconut Laguna; it is quite good and really cheap.
There is a convenient store which is opened 24/24 at 100 meters from the villa, gym at 50 meters, Muay Thai Boxing at 150 meters, a supermarket at 4.5 km, and a few shopping malls and hyper markets are at 15 minutes by car. The famous Fisherman's Village (restaurants, bars & shopping) is at 10 minutes and Chaweng (for the night life) is at 20 minutes.
In the night, during certain seasons, an armada of fishing boats light up the horizons over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table.
There are also several sightseeing attractions and amusement places in Koh Samui e.g. snorkeling in the unique Anthong National Park, scuba diving, riding quad in the jungle, paintball, go-kart, zoo, crocodile farm, Grandfather/ Grandmother Rocks, Big Buddha, and many more.
Just alongside the beach, you will find a very nice and cheap massage place.
Guests can easily flag down a "tuk tuk" just outside the villa. Although renting a car or scooter is not necessary, we do however recommend it if you want to explore the island. Car and scooter rentals can be arranged with our Housekeeping Manager at the resort.
