Cottage charming and modern in Labastide en Val, very pretty village, the setting is perfect to escape the stress of everyday life. Equipped with every comfort even for toddlers (booster seat, high chair, baby bath, changing table). Further up the road, following the watercourse, you will find small and large pools of natural water as well as a lake where you can swim and have a picnic. Along the house, there is a small alley that leads to a small plot where you can spend pleasant moments in peace.

Ground floor: American kitchen, fully equipped (kitchen utensils, saucepan, fridge with freezer, host, oven, gas hob, microwave, senséo, ...), an extendable table with chairs, a sofa bed, Tv with Tnt decoder, Dvd player with Dvd, books, board games. Wifi access.
1st floor: shower room with toilet, washing machine, bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
2nd floor: bedroom with 2 single beds and a crib, with a chest of drawers and an extra bed (cot).
Ideally located to see the Cathar castles, canal du midi, medieval city of Carcassonne, visit the fauna and flora Audoise, but also taste great wines with wonderful local products.
