This pretty holiday villa with swimming pool is situated on a hilly terrain in the small place Kucine, from where there is a panoramic view on the sea, the islands and the city of Split. The plot is hidden from view and has its own access road leading to the automated gate. The house comprises two apartments, one on the 1. and another on the 2. floor connected by internal stairs. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and kitchen with dining space from where you can exit onto the spacious terrace connected with bocce field. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, a kitchenette and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large living room with separate entrance, ideal for socializing. Also on the property is located and miniature golf course with a rest cottage. There is also a small fitness room and cageball field, which can also be used for badminton. For additional fun and relaxation there are a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, and for those who enjoy chess play there is a big chess board on the ground and as well an gaming table for card players.
