This simple, completely refurbished and renovated autochthonous holiday home is located on a hill, on a large plot surrounded by nature. Ca. 300 m of access road leading to the house is not asphalted. The house is powered exclusively by solar energy and therefore the use of electricity is limited. The area is covered by mobile network. Lowest ceiling height is 10cm. The whole plot has a few smaller terraces. Below the house there is a small path leading through the forest to the sea and rocky coast, suitable for bathing. Ca. 1 km away a sandy beach can be found. Also there is a possibility of renting a single seat kayak and using a professional computerized telescope. During their stay, guests can enjoy home-made wines and spirits.
