Large new modern apartment just 100 meters away from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each room and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen combined with a spacious dining and living room. Free fast Wifi internet accessible from all areas of the apartment and cable Tv. Towels, bed sheets & other basic essentials are provided. This apartment is close to the towns of Marsaxlokk & Birzebbuga. Restaurants, Grocery & Bus stop all within walking distance. Also not far from the Airport.

All The Amenities Listed And Taxes Are Included In The Price. The Price You See Is Final So You Pay Nothing Extra.

This is a new apartment that has just been furnished. It has 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed so it can comfortably host up to 7 guests at a time. The apartment is only 100 meters away from the nearest sandy beach. It is easily accessible by bus. Bus stop to Valletta and other parts of Malta is just 2 min walk. The nearest restaurants and grocery are just 1 min walk. The towns of Marsaxlokk and Birzebbuga are within walking distance. Apartment is only 6 minute drive from the Airport but far enough not to hear any noise. Lidl supermarket is only few bus stops away or 3 min by car.

Guests Will Have Full Privacy As The Apartment Is Not Shared With Others.

• You will have access to the Kitchen, Living and Dining Rooms that are supplied with basic essentials e. g pans, plates, cutlery, pots, glasses, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker with oven, toaster, kettle, liquid soap for dishes and garbage bags.

• Free High Speed Wifi Internet (50mbps) accessible from any part of the apartment.

• In the Living Room there is a Tv with over 40 channels and a sofa. The use of cable Tv is free of charge.

• In the Bathroom there is a shower/ bath. Towels and toilet paper are provided.

• Access to the terrace and balcony.

• The apartment has 3 Bedrooms with a Queen bed in each room. Clean bed linen will be provided.
- if rented for 1 or 2 guest/s you will have access to Bedroom 1 (green).
- if rented for 3 or 4 guests besides access to Bedroom 1 you will also have access to Bedroom 2 (red).
- if rented for 5 or 6 guests besides access to Bedrooms 1 and 2 you will also have access to Bedroom 3 (blue).
- if rented for 7 guests the sofa bed in the living room will be prepared for sleeping.

• In Winter, between November and March, a heater will be provided at no extra charge.

• In Summer, between June and October, cooling fans will be provided at no extra charge.

The door key will be placed in a key box near the door which you will easily open by inputting a 4-digit password that we will give you. We can be contacted via Email, Messages or Phone at any time for any assistance that you may need.

Apartment is located in a quiet and safe area, 1 min walk from the sea. A grocery is just opposite the apartment and nearest restaurants are just down the road. Bus stop is also near. Although the area is quiet within just few minutes walking you would reach the picturesque towns of Marsaxlokk and Birzebbugia that are full of restaurants & beaches and popular with tourists.

Getting around is easy. The sea is just few meters away from the apartment. Within walking distance, there are some historical sites e. g. tower of St. Lucian, Ferretti Battery, prehistoric cave of Ghar Dalam, baroque churches and chapels. Valletta and all the other towns in Malta are easily reachable by bus.

• Late in the night or early morning check-in are allowed.
• Can provided a Highchair for infants on request.
• Eco-contribution of 50c per night per guest is already included in the price and so you pay nothing extra.
