The apartment’s 130 sqm. of charming, clean, and sunny spaces welcome holiday visitors in search of a contemporary marina village easily accessible from Athens by Metro. There is no need to stay in Athen’s busy and noisy center when you can stay seaside and enjoy the best of both worlds while on your holiday! You can live like a local in this lovely residential area stepping out for your morning coffee or dinner at a local cafe or taverna.
Apartment: Spread out comfortably in this spacious 130 sqm apartment with its open floor plan and generously-proportioned rooms. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly and are well appointed and charmingly decorated. The furniture and appliances are updated and await the discerning traveler in search of comfort and space while on holiday. If you would like to cook while on holiday, you will definitely enjoy this all-white and spacious eat-in kitchen. All utensils, dishes, and pans are included for your convenience.
Bedroom and bathrooms: There are three contemporary and equally spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer a double bed comfortably accommodating two guests in each room while one of the bedrooms offers a sofa bed. In all, five guests will sleep here comfortably. There are two bathrooms, one of which is a W.C. All linens and towels are included with this rental unit, and there are a washer, dryer, and iron available.
Amenities: If you’d like to catch up on email or check up on local restaurants, there is wireless internet for you. Lastly, the unit is climate controlled with both heating and air conditioning for guests’ comfort.
Location: This apartment is located in Pasalimani Piraeus on the Aegean Sea about 20-30 minutes’ drive from Athens. You’ll only be a few blocks (a short 11 minute walk) from the Votsalakia Beach and even less from the Bay of Sea (Pasalimani Marina) where you can enjoy watching the sailboats as they come and go in the harbor. When you’re not boat watching, you can enjoy this lovely apartment situated on a quiet residential street not far from restaurants, stores, and boutiques.
