My 1 bedroom flat in the pretty market town of Hitchin is 250 metres from the train station (4+ train an hour into Kings Cross taking 32 min).
The flat is on the ground floor with patio doors leading to the grass area within a modern development. We have our own allocated parking space.
You have the whole flat with double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge if you are a larger group.
I am an experienced airbnb host but I have only just listed this flat.

There are guests staying till mid July ‘18 and I will be hosting to guests again after that.

You are renting the whole flat - you are not sharing with anyone else. The flat is within a development of 100 flats build in 2008. All have their own parking space.

Hitchin is a lovely market town in Hertfordshire with great train and road links to central London. The flat is 5 minutes walk from the station.
