We are on a private gated community so only those meant to be there are allowed onto the community.

The villa is accessible by wheelchair or motorised chair. All doors are extra wide and these changes guests do not notice these small changes. The games room is off the utility room..again all on one (Website hidden by Airbnb) steps at all in villa or out of villa.
We have grab bars in the main bathroom shower..which is big enough to house a football team...plus we have an adjustable shower chair for use if needed. The bath is sunken and easy to get in and out of.
Beds have ample space round them too move round.
The televisions are all wall mounted and have roku tv installed. Plus you are able to log into your favourite apps if you wish.
Netflix is installed but you are welcome to log into your own apps
The main tv in the lounge has selecton of local stations also.
We also have a fishing lake which you can use...rods are kept in games room for the fisher man/woman/person amongst you all!
Guests have access to the whole villa.

With being gated it is a community where you can only enter if you have the relevant pass. Therefore stopping people going onto the community who should not be there.
