Apartment in Downtown Buenos Aires, five-minute walking from both Teatro Colon, Obelisco and the wide 9 de Julio Avenue. Also, it is very close to Galerias Pacifico and walking-distance from Puerto Madero. Station Lavalle (line C of subway/metro) is nearby (2 blocks).Although this is one of the busiest areas of the city, the apartment is very calm.
The flat is on the fifth floor of a well kept building of a highly valued period in the late fifties for its sunny yet fresh rooms. There is a bedroom -1 king size bed - a cozy living/dining room, and bathroom with shower, lavatory and WC . Extra bed / accomodation for a 3rd guest is possible (please ask for a one person bend sofa bed ) upon request (is important you book it in advance)
