Please note that your 3BR M/U Fls Hse is independent, containing three bedrooms with kitchen and living area with separate entry. You will have your own privacy and no access to/from main house/ other basement suite(s).
Please note that, if the channel is not charging the city tax(11% of total price) and cleaning fee(CAD 250) and the management fee i.e. the channel's commission (15-20% of total price), then the guests are required to pay at the time of their arrival.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
