The property has a total of 5 rooms with attached bathrooms. Two rooms have sit out (balcony) where in you can sit and enjoy the cool breeze and enjoy the scenic view of nature. We offer all the amenities and comforts required by a responsible traveler and would like to emphasize that we offer a plantation stay.

Typical Indian indoor and out door games have almost become extinct now, However, here is a small attempt to revive those lost childhood games which we used to play and enjoy as kids. Along with these other activities includes exploring the Belakavadi village, bird watching , taking a few laps in the river pool, not to mention making friends with the Village pets, chit chatting with the Villagers about the ecology of the Village and getting some great shots if you are the shutter-friendly kind or just sit and enjoy the quite and stillness.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

Your pets must be even tampered,well behaved,sociable and in good health. You have to bring food for pets,bed-linen or bed sheets for your pets to sleep.
