The interior of the property is bright and spacious, with functional yet comfortable furnishings. Please note that the floors are connected by external staircases.The second and slightly smaller of the 2 houses is also modern and spacious, with a simple and functional design and some thoughtful details. It houses the remaining 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The generous open-plan kitchen and living area is found on the top floor of this building, whilst the bedrooms are on the first floor. The living rooms of both houses as well as the swimming pool are all on the same level and are connected by a terrace. From the terrace, there is an unforgettable panoramic view on the middle-Dalmatian islands and the sea, while from behind the house there is also a beautiful view on the Biokovo mountain and its protected nature park. The pretty terrace and the swimming pool are located in an old olive grove, in the pleasant ambience connecting the sea and mountains. The house is situated in natural surroundings on a hilly terrain above Makarska. The house owner offers full-board or half-board against additional payment and after prior arrangement.
