Camps Bay is a trendy suburb, 7 minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful city, Cape Town. Set against the impressive backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, Camps Bay beach is one of Cape Town’s largest and most beautiful.

Just a short walk from the palm-fringed beach, the house boasts four bedrooms, a lovely entertainment area and lounge with open-plan kitchen and sunny terrace with private swimming pool.

One immediately feels at home on entering the property, which houses the bedrooms on the ground level and the living areas and terrace on the upper level. A double garage lies beneath the house and is easily accessed via a staircase from the ground level.

The property features three full size bedrooms and one half-sized bedroom with a single bed and dedicated bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious and welcoming, with a queen-size bed and beautifully refurbished wooden floors. A walk-in closet links the bedroom to the tiled en-suite bathroom, which houses a large shower, corner bathtub, bidet and twin vanities, and the room opens out onto the front patio of the house.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom and shower, while the third room offers three single beds and a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is a small enclave with a single bed, chest of drawers and fan – ideal for an au pair or babysitter staying over – and has the use of a dedicated bathroom with a shower that can also serve as a guest toilet on the ground level. All bedrooms have ample cupboard space and can access a cozy, covered patio and private courtyard at the back of the property.

The second level of the house is home to the spacious living and dining areas and open-plan kitchen – all of which take up the entire second floor and are flooded with natural light from the terrace. The kitchen is a modern delight, with a high marble breakfast counter and four stools, which runs into a cooking and serving counter. Deluxe amenities abound, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, double fridge with ice-maker, two microwaves and a Nespresso coffee machine.

A dining table for 10 people sits adjacent to the kitchen and the lounge is a picture of comfort, with plush couches, thick carpets and a flat screen television and Dvd player. The living areas flow out onto the terrace, which has a plunge pool, barbeque area and outdoor dining for eight, as well as lovely ocean and mountain views.

The house has a double garage for secure off-street parking, as well as a double driveway for two cars and is fully secure with an alarm. A short walk will take you to the beach front which features a host of restaurants, bars, and cafés to dine at, and Table Mountain Cableway and the V&a Waterfront are just a 15-minute drive away.

Guests have full access to the entire Villa.

Interaction with guests will be kept to the minimum.

Camps Bay

Best for: family fun, sunbathing, beach volleyball, sunset cocktails

Just down the road from Clifton you'll find the gently curving crescent of Camps Bay – the best known beach on the Cape Town coast. Both locals and visitors flock to this palm-lined strip for people watching, to play beach bats or volleyball, walk their dogs or catch a tan while gazing up at the dramatic peaks of the Twelve Apostles range, part of Table Mountain.

If the wind picks up, nip across the road to one of many restaurants, cafes or fashionable bars where Cape Town's beautiful people dine on seafood and salad or sip chilled local wine. On peak summer days these restaurants spill out onto the pavements, creating a wonderfully laid-back Mediterranean ambience.

Walking distance to Camps Bay Beach and main road with numerous Restaurants, Cocktail Bars, Night Life Clubs and shopping stores.

Walking distance to Camps Bay Main Street with Cape Town MyCiti Bus stops with varies routes all over Cape Town, as well Hop-on-hop-off Tour Bus stops with great scenery Cape Town and surrounding Tours.

The entrance to the Garage is very steep and must be entered very carefully and as told by the house staff.
The Garage entrance is also low clearance and should not be entered by MiniVans and big vehicles.
Parking in front of the Villa next to the road will be shown by house staff.
