The villas were named SummerWinds because of its location on the edge of a plateau land, it's the one that stands out the most of all the villas with its location with an unobstructed 180-degree view. it gets winds even in the summer with a nice breeze that is very welcome on very hot days.
All Bedrooms have a view of the ocean. The master bedroom is located on the terrasse and bedrooms 2 and 3 have their own balcony. Bedrooms #4 have a 180-view on the ocean and Dawn Beach.
2 Bedrooms have King Size Beds, 1 Bedroom has 2 king size beds with their own ensuite marble bathrooms with showers and the 4th bedroom have a Double bunk bed that sleeps, 3 persons.Outside you can enjoy the terrasse with dining table, sun tanning chairs and sofa with the infinity pool and the 180 unobstructed views of Oyster Pond, Dawn Beach, and St-Barth island.
The Villa is located in the most prestigious and secure gated community of Oyster Pond on the Dutch side just on the limits of the French border. With an incredible 180-degree view of the Sunrise, Oyster Pond, Dawn Beach, and St-Barth island. Located at the end of a Cul de Sac (dead end road).
You may have the grocery delivered to you upon your arrival. We offer also the Meet and Greet service from the airport or the car rental office. This way you don't have the search for the villa if you are unfamiliar with the island.
There is a BBQ Grill is connected to a propane tank, that you will never need to fill and it's included. It's located where there are no winds and directly attached to the kitchen for convenience.
There's a generator that kicks in automatically in case there are power outages. A water tank that keeps rainwater in case if a problem with the service so you never run out of the water.
Every windows and door have electric hurricane shutters that are used to darken rooms and secure the villa.
