This interesting holiday home is located in the suburbs of Labin called Presika. The house is pretty with harmonious and pleasant interiors. All bedrooms as well as the living room are air-conditioned and therefore guests’ stay is comfortable, especially during hot summer days and nights. Behind the house there is a swimming pool with counter-current swimming system. The house is surrounded by greenery. At the back of it, there is space for children play and a barbeque where guests can prepare delicious meals. The plot is fully fenced and as such it enables children to play safely and gives the parents some freedom of not having to watch over the young ones constantly. The proximity of the centre and its monuments is an advantage. There you can find numerous galleries, romantic church from Venetian times and other attractions.
