The villa is independent, with two entrances; the first entrance consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster as well as all the necessary crockery with a living area equipped with a bookcase, table, chairs and a convertible sofa bed from 140; upstairs is the double bedroom with a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
The entrance is independent and has a courtyard of about 40 square meters. where in the summer season it is possible to dine outdoors with table, chairs, sun umbrella and sunbathing chairs.
