. Downstairs is a open plan living - dining area with a marble staircase leading up to four spacious bedrooms. The lounge features light colour comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a large Tv with satellite channels.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need during your stay, including a large fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, hob, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. Dining area is furnished with a modern dining table and six elegant chairs.
Completing the ground floor area there is a guest toilet here.
There are two sets of sliding windows opening out from the lounge area to the villa’s terrace and private pool. The garden areas is equipped with dining table, outdoor lounge furniture as well as sun-beds plus a large Bbq. There is also an awning for added shade.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (3 double, a room with bunk beds + a sofa bed ), two of them with en-suite shower rooms. The main family bathroom is located on the first floor, it has a full size bath with shower over. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Villa is fully air-conditioned.
Kapparis (area of Protaras) is located on the east side of Cyprus and is only 2 miles from Paralimni and about 15 miles to Ayia Napa and the breath taking Cape Greco. Tranquility villa is located within a minute's walk of numerous family friendly restaurants, bars and shops.
The usage of electricity is payable extra according to meter reading at Eur 0.27 per kwh.
