All rooms are Air Conditioned and have balconies. The property also has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities & facilities like; Grill, Paper Towels Provided, Blender, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Toaster, Stove or Oven, Kettle.We have all the necessary Amenities to provide an ideal environment for complete relaxation and repose.

Maids and Drivers will be charged extra @ Rs. 1,500/- per day with stay and meals.
Security deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- will be charged for per stay at check-in.This will be refunded on check-out incase there is no damage to property and all the bills and accounts are settled.
Photo ID is mandatory on check-in.
Pets are allowed only with prior permission.
Meal Plans start at INR 1,500 per person for all meals during your stay.
Outside food is strictly not allowed to be consumed in the villa.
Housekeeping service is complimentary.
NO SMOKING in any of the rooms or enclosed areas. Smoking is permitted in all open areas, terraces and balconies only.
- Strictly NO eating inside the pool and any bedrooms or bathrooms.
- Please keep all valuables safe and secured. Management is not responsible for any theft.
- No firecrackers or colour inside the villa is allowed or in the complex.
- Strictly NO Drugs or any illegal substance allowed in or around the villa. Guests will be reported to the local police station and will be asked to vacate the villa immediately without any refunds.
- Any damage to property intentionally or unintentionally will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit.

Please Note:
- All breakages and damages will be billed, and late check out is chargeable.
- Guests are free to get their own alcohol, as long as they have a permit. No corkage charged. Non veg food is allowed.
- Strictly NO DRUGS should be possessed nor consumed on this property. If any guest is found indulging in the same, we will terminate the booking immediately and all guests will have to vacate the property instantly and unconditionally without any refunds whatsoever.
- All bathrooms are equipped with hot water boilers, please switch on the boiler atleast 15 mins prior to your shower & please do not forget to switch off the boiler after your shower.
- Please don't create nuisance caused due to loud music.

Bedsa Caves - Bedsa Caves are situated very close to the region of Kamshet and falls on the Mumbai to Pune road. These caves located around the city of Khandala are known to be as large as that of the Karla Caves. The Caves of Bedsa are known for their pillars that are adorned with the image of lions and a Chaitya hall having spacious reposing rooms.

Kondeshwar temple has a great view of a pond and a waterfall in the vicinity. This temple is an ancient temple of Elephant dedicated to Lord Shiva. Constructed in black marble, the temple represents ancient Hemadpanthi architecture. This temple is located in the middle of a dense forest. The festival of Mahashivratri is celebrated with great enthusiasm by devotees of Lord Shiva.

Bhaja caves - Bhaja caves are located in the city of Lonavala and is very close to the Malavali railway station. There are other tourist attractions around the Bhaja Caves. Bhaja Caves are popular for their excellent architecture. It is one of the most important tourist attractions located around the city of Khandala. Bhaja Caves have been built in the likeness of the Karla Caves. The most unique characteristic of the caves is that the beam of light of the setting sun enters the insides of the caves. On the southern region of the caves there are sculptures of human figures and deities. There are many mythological tales that revolves around these images and sculptures.

Karla Caves - Karla Caves are situated in the western ghats and is about 114 kms away from Mumbai. It is one of the eminent tourist attractions of the city of Khandala. The Buddhist Karla Caves were cut out 2000 years ago. The caves of Karla were built during the rule of the Satavahanas. The caves are known for their excellent architecture. The Karla Caves are known to possess the maximum number of Chaityas. These caves were made specially for the Buddhist monastics. Large number of tourists from all over the world are said to visit this beautiful place near Khandala.

For adventure enthusiasts, Kamshet is the place to be! There are various adventure activities in Kamshet.

Paragliding

Kamshet is one of the two main paragliding spots in Maharashtra. The season for paragliding in Kamshet is generally from October to end of May. The main flying sites are Tower Hill with east and west take off, which is frequently used from October to January and Shelar for west wind, which normally comes in regularly from January/February onwords. Several paragliding schools are located in or around Kamshet and offer training or tandem flights.

Trekking

Jamboli is the last village before Kondeshwar Temple, if you leave Kamshet through Nane Road. From Jamboli you can trek to the waterfall at Kondeshwar Temple and further along the drop of the ghats. Trekking to Kondeshwar Temple is entry level trekking, mostly flat, but the following route along the ghats needs a bit of practice and stamina. Proper footware is advised. Guides can be found locally if necessary. While trekking please keep nature clean and take non disposable garbage back to Kamshet or your guesthouse.

Lakes

Vadivali Lake is one of the larger lakes in the area, at an altitude of 2200 ft above MSL. It is an artificially created lake due to the backwaters of the Uksan Dam.

From Kamshet to Vadival Lake it is about 12 km through Nane Road. You can enter the lake either north from Uksan Road or south from Jamboli Road. On both sides of the lake you find guest houses that offer access to the lake, or with a bit of walking some free access to the lake. Also here, please keep your environment clean and don't leave any garbage behind.

Raikar Farm

Raikar Farm offers a look into the Garden of India. A guesthouse and a dairy farm, home of many plants and trees. Be sure to come around 4:30 pm when you can buy milk directly from the dairy. If you ask you can watch your milk coming out from the real source. A nice place to take your child to watch and learn.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
