The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, surrounded by other condominiums, the 5th Avenue is only a few steps away, you will find many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, markets, etc. The beach is only three blocks away.

Want to explore the surrounding areas a bit? Rent a car or jump in a Collectivo like a local. These are small vans that take the locals up and down the highway to work at the resorts. But they will happily drop tourists off along the highway. Just mention where you're trying to go when you get in. The prices are dependent on your destination, and you can't get a better deal- without hitch hiking.
