Even if you see the there is no guest they might be working on the unit and we don't want the responsibility of workers and belongings from guests. If you need an extra day we recommend booking an extra day. •Report any problems that you see upon arrival so we can address the issue with our maintenance and cleaning crew. - Absolutely no parties allowed in this property. Small gatherings during the daytime are acceptable when done with care. Anything beyond that needs prior written approval. - No pets allowed. - No additional guests allowed other than what's shown on reservation. - No smoking allowed inside the apartment. - Feel free to use the kitchen as needed, including any and all supplies and accessories. - Please eat in the dining area to prevent damage to the living room seating. - Quiet hours are strictly observed overnight starting from 22:00 to 8:00 (10 pm - 8 am). PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS! - We keep the floors super clean and tidy so we'd appreciate if you can take your shoes off when inside. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - If stains on linens, towels carpet or any other item in the property are irreparable (Blood, makeup, paint, play dough) there will be a replacement fee for the new item. Please clean ASAP. If there is a late check out there will be a $165 charge. Thank you for respecting the house manual and we look forward to hosting you! - Entry cards cannot be near cell phones or any electromagnetic devices, they get deprogram easily and it could take up to a day to get a new key. And a fee of $50 delivery fee to send to you a new Entry Card. - Parking card. Please park at the valet, get the parking card that is in the Kitchen Bar and then enter the parking, other way if you enter first at parking garage without the card and get out with the card it gets automatically void and there is a need to get another parking card for $50 plus $50 delivery. CHECK OUT Before you leave please be mindful to leave this please with love ? Take out all trash to the trash bin at the main aisle ? Place all used sheets on the bathroom floor. ? Load and run the dishwasher. ? Remove any opened food items from the refrigerator and pantry. ? Turn off lights and TV’s ? Close the balcony door ? Please depart by 10 am so we can prepare the house for our next set of guests. ? If you need a late check out I recommend planning ahead to book an extra day. There are no late checkouts as cleaning crew is programmed on the date of your reservation. If need extra time to check out and there is another party check-in the same date we can accommodate for an extra 30 minutes, as they cannot waste time because of their tight schedule to prep this and other units for next guests by 4 pm same date. ? Leave one of the ENTRY CARD on the lamp. Leave the other one at the Kitchen bar countertop. At check out, please do not lose the entry cards. There are 2 provided. To reissue the cards is a cost of $25 each. ? Parking entry card and Decal please leave it on the Kitchen bar. If lost is $50 dlls each. ?
